Ms. Agos'

Hello and welcome! My name is Chrysanthe Agos and I am so excited to have your child in my class this year!

I graduated from Illinois State University in 2017 with my Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with endorsements in Reading and Language Arts. Since then I have also received an endorsement in English as a Second Language.

Before coming to Kennedy, I taught at a small private school in Des Plaines for four years, one year co-teaching Preschool and Kindergarten and then three years teaching First Grade. This is now my third year teaching at Kennedy, and I love our wonderful community! Before teaching 2nd here, I taught Kindergarten. I truly love every student who makes their way through my classroom and they find a special place in my heart forever. Throughout the year, I try to make sure that I create a relationship with each child and make sure they know that they are in an environment where they are safe and loved every day, even when they leave my class.

Aside from teaching in the classroom, I love to work with children in various other organizations and programs. I love to travel, shop, and spend time with family and friends either out on an adventure or even just at home.
